Using Larson's unique scientific perspective, this massive book of 340 pages details the problems with social economics (primarily using the United States as an example) and now to correct them to produce a productive and prosperous economic society.

This is also the first of Larson's books with a full-color cover. I just got tired of the plain B&W titles, and wanted something a bit more eye-catching. The "road" part was easy, but trying to find a good symbol for prosperity was a bit of a challenge, so I ended up using a horse of a different color... that's right, my pretty... a CGI of the Emerald City from the Wizard of Oz. And when it comes to physics and economics, Larson certainly was a wizard with innovative ideas.
